The mesh cloth is a fabric having a mesh, that is, a mesh cloth. Warp twisting is a kind of special warp heald (also known as half heald), which is sometimes twisted on the left side of the ground warp. After one (or five) weft insertion, it is twisted to the right side of the ground warp. The mesh shaped small holes formed by mutual twisting and weft weaving are stable in structure and are called gauze.

It is learned that the other way of high tension screen printing is to use jacquard weave or the change of reed threading method. The warp yarns are in a group of three and are inserted into a reed tooth. The fabric with holes on the cloth surface can also be woven. However, the mesh structure is unstable and easy to move, so it is also called fake gauze. There is also a plain weave, which uses reed tooth density and weft density to form mesh (screen). There are also two types of knitted mesh: weft knitted mesh and warp knitted mesh. The raw materials are generally nylon, polyester, spandex, etc. many of the finished products of knitted mesh have different names.

Mesh is a relatively thin plain weave fabric. It is characterized by very sparse density, thin texture of the mesh and clear step holes. The mesh feels cool, elastic, breathable and comfortable.

Mesh fabric is widely used. The mesh fabric is a little denser than the lace fabric. The mesh is mainly produced by weaving polyester, nylon, spandex, low elastic and other types.
